Are website issues finder work well for you?

Hi Guys,

I have a website on wordpress and daily make some changes in the code. When i shared with friend and checked the code. He told me that website has lot of issues. He shared the website grader tool on https://checkbytools.com

But how any tool can check website issues without my permission. Are these kind of tools are helpful fi anyone have been used?
