If you notice a sudden spikes in traffic there is a possibility that its cause is a bot. A sudden and unexplained increase in website traffic can sometimes signal bot activity. If your analytics show a spike with no corresponding increase in conversions or engagement, there's a chance that bots are flooding your site.

Bots often don’t interact with dynamic content like forms, pop-ups, or other interactive elements of your site. If you're getting lots of page views but no form submissions, purchases, or interactions with dynamic content, this might indicate bot traffic.
