Twitter is now X, but most of its users still calls it Twitter. Well, the names changed but almost same functions and usage. Do you agree?

Well, user already familiar with the term Twitter. And they are already use to it. If you will compare, nothing changed. Same usage, function. The name was only changed, but functionality wise still the same.

The name change has sparked a lot of debate and confusion, especially since Twitter was such an iconic brand with massive recognition globally. However, from a user experience perspective, much of what people loved about Twitter still exists within the new platform.

Ultimately, the shift from Twitter to X represents a huge transformation, and whether it succeeds or not will depend on how effectively Musk and his team can integrate new features while retaining and growing the user base.

I don't really understand why Elon changed the name. He changed the name but mostly of he features are the same. They even removed the "Likes". wherein you can see the posts that was liked by a user.

What is the point of rebranding or changing the name of the platform if there is a similarity from the previous one.

I think they renamed it for the hype. They think that the new name is eye catching, but for me X is still the same with Twitter. Nothing new.

They renamed it for the sake of not creating a new social media site under the management of Elon. Maybe they are afraid of taking risk in creating new platform or social media.
