I just had a rough week and need some time to relax. What activities do you do to enjoy your free time. I like walking with my pet at night with a cold breeze on my face.

That's a peaceful way to unwind, I like reading books and just existing in a quiet place after a hectic work day.
 
I love visiting spas. I want a good and relaxing massage after a long work week! As much as possible I visit every week!
 
Most of the time I workout or exercise. Releasing all that stress in running, jogging and lifting really helps.
 
Its nice to have a nice sip of coffee after work and stare on an amazing sunset.
 
My type of relaxation is to drive alone. Like you don't know where to go, just drive until you decide to stop.
 
After work, I go home straight to take a rest. nothing beats having a good rest after a long and stressful day at work.
 
I think the best way to relax is to watch a series or movie while eating your comfort food!
 
A quick walk on the mall or park. By just staying a few minutes it will help me reflect and relax!
 
Playing sports with my friends. Particularly badminton. We scheduled it on a weekly basis.

Sounds good! Days from now I'll be also having a vacation, but it will only last for 3 days. Just a quick escape.
 
My form of relaxation is to have a good meal. I treat myself whenever I get exhausted at work. But those meals are still healthy.
 
I love joining some circuit training. Burning all those calories and fats is really a good way to relax.
 
I think the best way is to have a quick chitchat with your friend. Talking about life, plans and anything is such a good way to exhaust all the stress.
