I would recommend short form content, since it will take less time than creating long form content, but it doesn't mean that it will be easier though.

You have to capture your audience attention, provide enough information that they'd understand and have them stop and learn more from you in the span of 15-30 seconds. It's really finding that balance can be difficult.
