For someone that shops online regularly, receiving a damaged order is always frustrating, especially when you've been looking forward to it. The tricky part is figuring out who's responsible when the seller packed everything properly but the item got damaged during shipping. Customers shouldn't have to shoulder the loss, but sellers shouldn't automatically take the blame either. Who do you think should cover the damage, and what's the fairest way to resolve these cases? Let me know your thoughts on this one!

I feel like the shipping company should be held accountable if the damage happened because the package wasn't handled properly. It's frustrating when you order something fragile, like a phone or glassware, and it arrives damaged despite having a “Handle with Care” label. If the seller packed it properly, the courier should take responsibility for mishandling it, and the customer shouldn't have to pay for something that wasn't their fault. The seller and buyer can then work together to file a complaint and request compensation from the shipping company.
