What Should You Track in a 30-Day Marketing Challenge?

I’m thinking about documenting a 30-day marketing challenge. Besides traffic and conversions, what would you track each week to make the progress useful to others?
 
I’d add weekly notes on time spent, experiments launched, and what changed after each test. Tracking leading indicators like email signups or qualified clicks would also show progress before revenue catches up.
