This is true, especially almost everything is cross platform, you can almost do your work on any smartphone, although it's still easier to work on a dedicated laptop or desktop.

On my experience, not only as an Internet Marketer, having a laptop is better. Because of its wide functionality. Smartphones and tablets can be use for viewing pusposes.

I agree, having a dedicated work machine, but the biggest reason why use laptop or desktop is you can use multiple screen.
