Do You Rewrite Titles on Older YouTube Videos?

If an older video still has good retention but a weak click-through rate, do you test a new title and thumbnail? I wonder how long you wait before changing them and how you measure whether the refresh helped.

I would test a refresh when impressions are steady but click-through rate stays weak for a few weeks. Change either the title or thumbnail first, record the baseline, and compare the same traffic-source mix so a temporary recommendation spike does not distort the result.
