Some brands use humor and a casual tone, while others stick to a more professional approach. Which do you think works better for connecting with customers, and does a brand’s personality affect how people see it?

I think that every brand should have its identity, but it does not necessarily have to be outrageous. It should depend on the target audience and the nature of the product or service. Even something as simple as a serious and straightforward brand could have identity if the language, tone of voice, and values are consistent.

I agree that having a distinct personality can help a business stand out, but I don't think it's a requirement for success. Sometimes, a straightforward approach speaks louder than clever branding or entertaining content. I'd rather choose a business that consistently delivers quality service and good value for my money than one that focuses heavily on its image but struggles to meet expectations. At the end of the day, results and customer satisfaction can speak for themselves.
