I just started my small business and I want my customers to leave positive reviews to boost my credibility. Feel free to share your strategies and insights

I always say that having exceptional service will always net you positive reviews

I saw one place where they have a QR code that redirects to the google review page for their business. I think it's a great idea and I want to use it myself.

That's smart, I think having a sign that leads to leaving a review is a very smart idea, although it also makes it easier to leave negative review

Respond to customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally. A customer who feels heard and valued will be more inclined to leave a positive review, especially if their issue is resolved smoothly.

Congrats on your new business! Getting positive reviews is all about providing great service and making it easy for customers to leave feedback. After a sale, politely ask happy customers to leave a review on Google, Facebook, or Yelp. You can also offer small incentives like discounts or freebies for honest reviews (just check platform guidelines). Sending follow-up emails with a direct review link works well too. Most importantly, engage with all reviews—thank customers for good ones and professionally handle any negative ones.

Encouraging customers to leave positive reviews is an excellent way to boost your small business’s credibility, build trust, and attract new customers. Reviews play a crucial role in influencing buying decisions and improving your business's online reputation.
