I'm wondering how I can measure my organic and paid traffic. I want to check if I should focus on on one rather than both or should I just focus on both regardless of what the data say.

It's crucial that you measure both organic and paid traffic. So you can use google analytics for you organic traffic and google ads for your paid traffic.

Some platforms have their own analytics tool to measure paid traffic. For the other question, you should compare the performance of both organic and paid traffic and Identify which drives more conversions and engagement.

So for example that organic traffic has the better conversions, should I just stop paying for paid traffic?

I wouldn't say stop using paid traffic, actually it compliments organic traffic very well. Just adjust your budget allocation, reduce the budget for paid traffic.

I agree, don't eliminate paid traffic entirely if it still provides value for your campaign
