I am currently using a single device in opening my accounts in Reddit. What I do is, I open each accounts to different browser. I'm a bit scared because Reddit might trace and detect it. Is this fine?

Maybe use a different profile in chrome? since cookies is isolated into one account

Yes, that's a good idea compared to just spamming which can trigger a suspicious activity.
