For anyone who has tested forum advertising, what matters more: the offer, the banner design, or how closely the audience matches the product? I tend to notice clear benefits more than flashy graphics.

Audience fit comes first for me, then a specific offer. A simple banner that says exactly who it is for and what they get usually earns a better click than a polished design with vague copy.
