What’s the hardest part of running an e-commerce store?

Everyone talks about getting sales, but I rarely see people talk about everything happening behind the scenes.

Customer support, inventory management, shipping, marketing, refunds, and dealing with competitors all seem exhausting.

For those of you who already have stores, what has been the biggest challenge so far?

for real! for me it's inventory management though. either i'm out of stock or sitting on 500 units nobody wants.

inventory is a nightmare bro. i lost $2k last month just on slow-moving stock taking up warehouse space.

ad costs are brutal right now. one day ROAS is 4.0, next day it's 0.8 for no reason at all.

last december. supplier ran out of materials mid-holiday rush, had to issue like 40 refunds in one night.
