Do Followers Still Matter?

I keep seeing people say followers don’t matter anymore and that engagement is everything.

But is that actually true? Would you rather have 10k followers with low engagement or 1k followers who actually care about your content?

yes. it does. without them people who rely their income on affiliates will suffer.

i'd rather have 1k followers who engages passionately to my content. being appreciated matters more.
