Also I think consistency is important. Quality content and just post consistently so that your audience can expect something to come whether it's once a day or once a week. And I would say move at your own pace.

Consistency beats any universal posting quota. I’d choose a cadence you can sustain for eight to twelve weeks, then adjust it using retention, saves, shares, and unfollows rather than raw output. Batching a few posts at once also makes a steady schedule much easier to maintain without burning out.
