You find a product from a brand you've never tried before. What would convince you that it's worth your money and give you the confidence to place your first order?

I tend to trust brands that have built a good reputation over time, especially those that started small and kept delivering the same quality as they grew. Seeing that kind of consistency tells me they care about what they offer, not just making quick sales. It makes me feel more confident supporting their business.

That makes sense. It shows that how a business treats its customers matters just as much as the product itself. People are more likely to support a brand when they feel their money is well spent.

For me, it shows when a brand genuinely knows what it's doing. They don't have to overpromise or try too hard to impress people because they understand their product's strengths and can confidently deliver what they offer. That kind of confidence feels more convincing than flashy marketing.

Exactly, first impressions matter because customers might not give a business a second chance. Delivering on your promises from the start can make the difference between a one-time buyer and a loyal customer.

Honestly, I'd rather stick with brands I already know and trust than risk my money on something unfamiliar. I'd need a good reason to step outside my usual choices.
