I'm starting a 30-day challenge to improve my digital marketing skills and see what I can learn through consistent practice. I'll be tracking my progress, testing different approaches, and paying attention to what works and what doesn't. For those who've done something similar, what surprised you most during your first month?

Expect mistakes, but don't take them to heart. Even successful businesses have faced major setbacks and bounced back stronger. Learn from what went wrong, adjust your strategy, and keep moving forward.

Having a consistent routine helps a lot because it keeps you focused and makes progress easier to track. Set aside time to study, practice new strategies, and review your results so you can build good habits and improve steadily throughout the month.

Be ready for some late nights and days when you feel mentally drained, especially when you're still figuring out the tools and strategies. There’s a lot to take in at first, and some things will take longer than expected to get right. Just make sure you give yourself time to rest, too, so you don't burn out before you really get going.

Expect some stressful days and maybe a few breakdowns along the way. It’s part of learning something new, and you’ll get better at handling the pressure as you gain experience.

I do this every time I work, especially when I have a lot on my plate. It helps me figure out what needs my attention first and avoid wasting time jumping between tasks. I’ve learned that knowing what to prioritize makes a big difference in how much I get done.

Honestly, my expectations would be low during the first 30 days since it is a short period to see substantial progress. I would set achievable goals, post frequently, and focus on the metrics that matter. In other words, I would start noticing changes in engagement and reach in the first 30 days.
