Would You Trust a Seller With Plenty of Reviews but No Clear Refund Policy?

I once came across an online store with tons of positive reviews, so at first, I felt pretty confident about buying from them. But when I tried looking for their refund policy, the details were either too vague or hard to find. It made me wonder what would happen if the item arrived damaged or wasn’t what I expected. Good reviews are reassuring, but they don’t always guarantee a smooth transaction.

Would you still take the risk, or would you rather buy from a seller with clearer policies? Have you ever had a bad shopping experience that made you more careful about checking these details?

No, those reviews could easily be paid or fake to make the seller look trustworthy. If they're willing to mislead buyers just to gain credibility, that's a major red flag for me. I'd rather stay away than risk getting scammed.

That sounds suspicious to me. Plenty of positive reviews won't mean much if the seller isn't transparent about refunds. I'd rather avoid the risk than lose money with no clear way to get it back.

It also helps to check if the store works with any known affiliates or creators. Their experience with the seller can give you a better idea of whether the store is trustworthy.
You can do that, but I’d rather not spend extra time researching who a store works with. I’d prioritize checking its refund policy and making sure the terms are clearly stated before buying. That way, I know what to expect if something goes wrong.

Probably not. I think these are two different aspects, so one cannot say much about the store based on the reviews. I would study the store’s regulations and rules to get a better idea of their terms and conditions. I would also contact the support to ask some questions if they are not clear enough. In this case, I am not completely confident that this seller will provide the best customer service.
