Some customers rarely like or comment on your posts, but they keep coming back to buy from you. It makes me wonder how businesses know if their marketing is reaching the right people when not everyone shows their interest online. Do you think social media engagement is a good way to measure whether your marketing is working?

I don't think likes and comments should be the only basis for measuring whether your marketing is working. Some people prefer to observe quietly and only interact when they're ready to buy. I'd pay more attention to things like repeat purchases, inquiries, and actual sales because those can tell you more about how customers respond to the business. Not everyone who supports your brand will make themselves visible on social media.

A best customer isn't necessarily someone who always interacts with your social media posts. Sometimes, it's the person who keeps buying your products and trusting your business no matter what. They're almost like your unpaid product testers because their continued support gives you an idea of what works and what keeps them coming back. Their actions can tell you a lot more about your products than likes and comments ever could.

True, but I'd still appreciate it if my customers interacted with my social media posts from time to time. It helps the business get more engagement and makes the page feel more active. But just because someone doesn't like or comment on my posts doesn't mean they don't value my business. At the end of the day, I can't force people to interact, and I still appreciate those who continue supporting me by buying my products.
