Your product has been receiving mostly positive feedback, but one customer leaves a negative review pointing out a genuine flaw. Other potential buyers start noticing it too. How would you address the issue while protecting your brand’s reputation?

A negative review can be a good wake-up call for a business. Instead of getting defensive, it's better to take the feedback seriously and fix what's actually wrong. Customers are more likely to trust a brand that owns its mistakes and makes an effort to improve.

It depends on the situation, but a negative review with a satisfactory response can improve your chances of getting new customers. On the other hand, I will never use bad reviews as a marketing tool or ignore valid complaints from clients. The best option is to respond to the review honestly and openly and then improve the product or service based on the client’s feedback.
