When two brands offer similar products, one focuses on technical details while the other explains how the product can make everyday life easier. Which approach do you think would be more effective in convincing customers to buy?

I think that benefits attract me to a product or service most of the time, but I consider features to be equally important. While benefits tell me what the product or service is about, features let me see if it is right for me. Features and benefits go hand in hand, and a good product description will highlight both.

I usually compare products with similar purposes before making a purchase. Take toothpaste, for example. I consider the price, ingredients, and potential long-term benefits, especially since it's something I use daily. I want to make sure that the product offers good value and supports my oral health over time, rather than basing my decision solely on its price.

I think features matter a lot when buying tech products, especially phones. Most buyers compare specifications and look for the best features they can get within their budget. After all, who wouldn't want to get more for their money? Those features also help them understand what the device can actually do and whether its benefits are worth the price.
