Personal profiles seem to get 10x more reach than company pages on LinkedIn. How do you balance building your personal brand versus growing your company page?

I’d use my personal profile for firsthand lessons, opinions, and conversations, while keeping the company page useful with customer examples, product updates, and information buyers need. The two should connect without posting identical content everywhere. And lastly, I’d put more effort where your important conversations really start, but also build company-owned relationships so the business doesn’t depend entirely on one person’s visibility.
