If you're a newbie and just starting up on the industry of Internet Marketing, how are you being paid and how much is the starting salary?

If you're working as a freelancer, the usual rate I see is around $4/hr, but depending on your experience, it could be higher.

I see. When should we demand or negotiate about the salary?
I would personally ask for it at the start of the interview, so you have more time proving to them that you are worth what you are asking.

As a starter, what is the usual amount I should ask to my future employer?
SInce you're a starter I guess, 3usd/hr is enough. Because you still need to prove yourself to them. They sometimes negotiate compensation based on skills.

True, getting experience is actually more important than the salary, since you can use the knowledge gain to earn more in the future.

How much was your starting salary? Would love to hire some to help me with my business.

It's really a good starting salary especially if you don't have any experience.

Is that a good rate Alexander?
I'd say it's a good rate. Many VAs from countries like the Philippines or India would be okay with that rate. It's low enough that it's affordable for the employer but high enough for asian countries (where most VAs are from).

Well generally speaking if you can afford the going rate of a personal assistant in the US, there would be no need for VAs. Technology has really allowed to bridge that gap between employers and employees from half-way across the world.

The salary of an Internet Marketing Professional can vary significantly depending on several factors, including experience, location, specific role, industry, and the company size.

The salary of an Internet Marketing professional may vary on the location. The higher the demand, the higher the pay
