If you're a newbie and just starting up on the industry of Internet Marketing, how are you being paid and how much is the starting salary?
I see. When should we demand or negotiate about the salary? If you're working as a freelancer, the usual rate I see is around $4/hr, but depending on your experience, it could be higher.
I would personally ask for it at the start of the interview, so you have more time proving to them that you are worth what you are asking.I see. When should we demand or negotiate about the salary?
As a starter, what is the usual amount I should ask to my future employer?I would personally ask for it at the start of the interview, so you have more time proving to them that you are worth what you are asking.
SInce you're a starter I guess, 3usd/hr is enough. Because you still need to prove yourself to them. They sometimes negotiate compensation based on skills. As a starter, what is the usual amount I should ask to my future employer?
True, getting experience is actually more important than the salary, since you can use the knowledge gain to earn more in the future.SInce you're a starter I guess, 3usd/hr is enough. Because you still need to prove yourself to them. They sometimes negotiate compensation based on skills.
How much was your starting salary? Would love to hire some to help me with my business.True, getting experience is actually more important than the salary, since you can use the knowledge gain to earn more in the future.
Depending on your experience, I have a VA friend and started at $7/hr.How much was your starting salary? Would love to hire some to help me with my business.
Is that a good rate Alexander?Depending on your experience, I have a VA friend and started at $7/hr.
I'd say it's a good rate. Many VAs from countries like the Philippines or India would be okay with that rate. It's low enough that it's affordable for the employer but high enough for asian countries (where most VAs are from). Is that a good rate Alexander?
Well generally speaking if you can afford the going rate of a personal assistant in the US, there would be no need for VAs. Technology has really allowed to bridge that gap between employers and employees from half-way across the world.I'd say it's a good rate.
