Businesses often introduce new software to make daily tasks easier and improve their workflow. However, getting used to a new tool takes time, especially when employees have to learn it from scratch. Should employees be expected to figure things out on their own after work, or should businesses provide enough time and training during working hours?

I believe businesses should give employees time to learn new tools during working hours, especially when those tools are required for their jobs. Employees already have their own responsibilities outside work, so expecting them to spend their personal time learning new software does not seem fair. If a business wants its team to use a new system, it should also be willing to provide the proper training and support.

Not really. Learning a new tool required by the company should be part of the training provided during working hours, not something employees are expected to do on their own time. They have their own responsibilities and personal lives outside work, and learning additional software is not automatically part of that. If the company expects employees to take on extra responsibilities or learn skills beyond their current role, there should at least be proper compensation for that effort.
