Being new to the field doesn't mean you won't notice things that someone more experienced might have missed. What if you're a junior marketer and you spot something in a campaign that you think could become a problem, but your senior already seems confident with the current strategy? Would you speak up and share your concerns, or would you hesitate because you don't want to come across as questioning their experience? How can junior team members express their ideas without feeling like their opinions won't be taken seriously?

Of course, junior marketers should be able to speak up, as long as they know how to express their concerns respectfully. Seniors aren't perfect either, and they can overlook things or make mistakes. Sometimes, they just need a second opinion from someone with a different perspective. Having more experience doesn't mean every decision will always be right. What matters is being open to feedback and considering ideas based on their value, regardless of who brings them up.

Exactly. It would be strange if only the senior had a say in every part of the project. You're part of the team for a reason, and your input should matter too. They might even ask for your perspective because you notice things they haven't considered. It's a two-way working relationship, not just one person making all the decisions.
