Text posts vs. PDF Carousels: What gets more views on LinkedIn?

Document slides (PDF carousels) used to get massive reach, but plain text stories seem to be making a comeback. What document or post type works best for you?

I use a combinaton of plain text stories and text images. I don't really use document slides to be honest coz I don't feel like it really engages potential audience.
