Mine was learning that more traffic doesn’t automatically mean more money.

I spent way too much time trying to increase numbers instead of figuring out why visitors weren’t converting in the first place.

Looking back, I wish I had focused more on customer psychology and less on vanity metrics.

Me too but I learned that it can go either way, trust between parties. The clients you trusted and clients trusting your brand. I used to focus too much on the sales part, not realizing that building genuine connections with customers matters just as much.
