When a client asks for a report, you want the results to be clear and easy to understand without spending hours making everything look good. Do you use Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Canva, or another tool to put your reports together? What works best for you, especially when you want something presentable without making the process too complicated?

Since you know how to create a professional report, use whichever program you are most familiar with. I usually use either Google Docs, Google Sheets or Microsoft Office. I do not see any reason to make it more complex by using an unfamiliar program if you can create an organized and professional document with your current knowledge of the programs.

I generally use Google Docs or Microsoft Word for any reports that I have to create as they are easier to print. However, if I am creating something more of a presentation then I like to use Canva. The choice just depends on how you want to present your information. To create an effective looking report you don’t necessarily need to use very complex tools. If you know how to structure your information and what format to use then you will be able to create a good report using tools you are already familiar with.
