A business can spend hours creating posts and videos, yet still struggle to turn viewers into customers. Maybe the product isn't appealing enough? the price feels too high? or people aren't sure they can trust the brand? Before planning another batch of content, how would you figure out what's making people hesitate to buy?

What do you mean better offer? Do you mean by reducing the prices or changing the marketing strategy? If it seems to be a price issue, my suggestion would be to try a discount before reducing the regular price. This way you can see how your customers react and have enough data to decide whether you really need to change the price. It's better to try things first and see what your customers are looking for before changing anything without knowing.

Exactly. There's no harm in taking things slowly and seeing how you can make big changes. You may end up overspending as you try to work out what will work for you and before you know it you've spent a large portion of your budget. It's better to be cautious with your spending so that you have plenty of money left to keep your business going whilst experimenting.

Sometimes doing a little bit of research will help. Ask a few simple questions to your customers to see why they aren't purchasing from you. This could help you understand what areas need improving, whether that be price, product or other. It is always best to get feedback from potential customers rather than guess what the problem may be.
