Automation saves time, but some work still benefits from a human check. Which marketing task do you always keep manual, and what tends to go wrong when it is automated?

I would keep final customer-facing replies manual, especially complaints or refund questions. Automation can sort and draft them, but tone and context matter too much to send without a human review.
